When Sunaka first came to Ubud, he fell in love at first sight with the land where Sri Ratih now stands. He believed this place encapsulated his vision of harmony, tranquility, and inspiration.

Since opening to the public in 1990, Sri Ratih has been more than just a place to stay; it’s a hub for immersive cultural experiences, inspiring writers and designers who visit Ubud. Today, Sri Ratih stands as a symbol of authentic Balinese hospitality blended with contemporary design.
